    Okay just made the Tahini Cookies after dinner. Followed the recipe; however my cookies came out tasting a little grainy. I made my own oat flour, so it couldn't be that because I made sure it was ground fine. My only other guess is, it was the tahini???? Don't know.(The date on the side of the tahini jar was Feb 2024, so I know it was fresh.) Also, they were on the soft side – not crisp. Wasn't sure if they're supposed to be crisp or soft. And finally they did leave a weird aftertaste. Awwwwwww man, they did not fly. I'll try again with some tweaks.

    Looked really moist. Was that 1 can of white beans? Or 2 cups home cooked white beans?? That was the only ingredient you didn't say how much. Thanks. Looks yummy. I was preparing to make your Tahini Cookies today – but now I'm torn between the Tahini cookies or this new cookie cake. LOL. Such a problem to have.
