I love how in all of the mythical kitchen episodes, Josh starts off really strong and then as time or courses go on, his ADD gets the best of him and it just goes off the rails second by second by second to the point where it’s totally unhinged at the end 🤣
“It tastes like a melted popsicle that a doctor would give you” is literally the most accurate description of Gatorade that I have ever heard.
As a cook I love watching these videos. I think Josh acts the way he does because he understands that trying to cook with these ingredients isn’t going to work out in the first place. So why not have fun and see what happens.
I hate being such a hater. But Josh is a little much. I often have to stop mid way through the video.

Did anyone notice that @11:45 he already put the fennel in the bowl with the sealed bag still in the "sucker" machine. THEN @ 11:53 the fennel was gone and he put it in the bowl a second time? Did you ever play that magazine game called "Highlights," where you would use your eyes and look at both of the two pictures they give you and notice the differences between the two and they would give you a number and you had to find all of the differences between the two pictures? I was pretty darn tootin' good at that!
