    Thank you for your info. A couple years or so ago, I canned some chicken soup. I have been wondering if it's still safe to eat. This has answered my question. I never knew about the actual temperatures for different types of foods.. I now know that I have to throw out my soup, as I don't believe it ever got to 240 degrees, when it was initially canned. Thank you again for answering my thoughts?
