The p-nut looks like Valencia. They are grown in New Mexico. The healthiest — no pesticides or herbicides are used.. can't wait to try this recipe. I just bought an instapot.

I have to admit, after watching this video and others about the instant pot. I bought it because I cook a lot of boiled peanuts, pounds and pounds of boiled peanuts. I got it in and actually cooked 2lbs for 2 1/2 hours. Well, I must say I was really, really disappointed. Pressure cooking peanuts just don't have the same flavor as just boiling them. Not very flavorful at all and I must say even after 2 1/2 hours they weren't as tender as boiling them. Sure it takes 4 hours on a stove top, but the results are just so much better in my opinion. So, what the hell.. I got a new rice cooker no loss. Thank you for sharing the video!

Love this pressure cooker!>>>ur2.pl/1035 I made Thai curry with chicken in 30 min and steamed rice in 6! I was a bit apprehensive as this is my first time using anything like this but getting started was pretty simple. It is important to follow instructions and "season" the seal. This would be a great gift for busy moms or really anyone who needs great food, super fast. I got this during prime day but will look for another deal around the holidays.

I just came across your channel, and being married to a Georgia born Georgia Tech loving man living in Texas, I never heard of boiled peanuts. Thank you for this how to. We just got an insta pot and I am excited to try this for him. I would love to see a recipe for Brunswick (spelling) stew. Again I live in El Paso,Tx so southern cooking is new to me😃 Thanks again !

Hope that helps. Now I'm saying it with a heavy Cajun accent 😂😂😂
But I know some of these are very hard unless you've heard them before. You'll be a pro in no time. 😉
