    Hi again John – I'm starting to go through your tutorials – perchance, do you have advice on cooking brats in beer in the pot? Now I imagine the carbonation in the beer would be an issue in a pressure cooker – perhaps I could soak/marinate them for a day or so in advance so as to get the beer essence that way? My husband is a pork farmer and we have LOTS OF BRATs in the freezer. With Super Bowl coming up, I'm thinking it's time to cook some. Please advise – thank you. Diana V.
