Arrgh! I don't own an instapot! I have crock pots and pressure cookers so never bothered to get one. :/ I always skip recipe videos when they whip out the instapot, but darned if I didn't watch this whole thing and then make me want to go out and buy one (as well as the 7" springform pan) just to make this recipe!! I made this when you posted the recipe on Facebook. It was delicious. I do plan to try the oven version. My Instant Pot is stored in a cupboard and not always accessible. And then I'll know which way I prefer. The garlic flavor is incredible!
