Love your content! Just wanted to ask why you didn't inject this one like you did last year? I have to assume you're always trying to improve your own cooks. Wondering which was better?
Now I know this comment will be taken the wrong way but hear me out..
I trust a man who looks like he eats good BBQ over a skinny guy who looks like he just started eating meat the night before.
Now that is a great-looking bird
Mr Reed!
Nicely done Malcom. Happy Thanksgiving brother!
If I use just a turkey breast, can I follow the same directions, including brine?
This turkey would cause a riot in all 195 countries. What a phenomenal looking bird. I'd love to smell/taste this turkey. I'll just have to make my own.
Yes y'all have a wonderful Thanksgiving
Thanksgivings on a Thursday so start the prep work on Monday…Gotcha

However it dont have to be a holiday to cook this bad bird 😊
Thank you Malcom👍
Let’s get to cooking…
Don't have a Tragger.. Would it be the same temp/time with an offset smoker??
Thanks.
Will you adopt me please?
Hey Mr Reed! I want to do a turkey breast on my Webber Kettle this year but fear that I will dry that bird out just like always. Do you have a good recipe for me that I could follow and not mess up our Thanksgiving turkey??
You had me at "instead of using oil, I melted a couple of sticks of butter". Malcolm always delivers!
The seventeen dislikes have to be vegans.
This guy probably throws legendary Thanksgiving feasts
I agree don't use the turkey timer that comes with it, but by removing it before cooking didn't you just opened a spot for the moisture to leak out leading to a dry bird? Especially at 165… pull at 155 and the carry over cooking will ensure it's still moist and flavorful. I know you probably had to say 165 so you don't get people sick, but log rhythmically 155 kills virtually all of pathogenic bacteria.
i cut my meat immediately
So any idea if vegan butter will work. Since ive found out that im lactose. Or any ideas
My husband and I love your channel and we’re excited to try this recipe for Thanksgiving! Do you have any suggestions for gravy? Usually we would collect the turkey drippings from the pan during a traditional oven cook, but I’m not sure if the same principle applies here. Appreciate any advice you have!
why didnt you tie up the winds?
Malcolm is the only person I know who could smoke smoke! 😆 🤣 😂
Would you change anything if on an egg?
That's a clucker right there Jack
The man is a wizard
