I love making cheesecake, and it’s one of my favorites. I’ve never made it in the instant pot. I don’t think I would try it.
It should still look and feel soft in the middle. It will set while it cools. I’m sorry that didn’t turn out for you.
There is an Instant Pot site on youtube called Amy & Jackie. They have a recipe for a Cheesecake called #17 and it is the best cheesecake I have ever made in the Instant Pot.

I have tried the meal for 6 weeks. And it was way more expensive than buying the stuff and making it at home. Now if you not on a budget and can afford it go for it. I would have to make 2 meals for our family at a time and not budget friendly.

I bought some for my littles 2 years ago when I tried them I thought I was eating cotton Candy. They are different 2 or 3 is good enough for me. The kids loved them. I bought a little bag for almost 11.00 talk about sticker shock, but they loved them so grandma was happy.

I might actually quit thinking about every plate now lol idk we will see. I removed walmart app becuz it's a mess right now! Waiting to see what happens with that. Maybe couple meals each week from every plate will at least take away from my in store time 🤢 lol This evening for dinner is homemade pizza or spaghetti idk hamburger is down. Kinda feel like dinner has been in chaos last few weeks!! I blame it on the heat..still looking for fall around here lol

We loved our Dinnerly subscription! We were working 100 plus hours a week plus between us at work then top it with kids and school and their extra circular activities. I love cooking and it is a way of unwinding for me but to shop and do a meal plan was to much at that time. Dinnerly was amazing! I would not hesitate to do it again but I MUST use up what is in the freezer! It looks like a jungle in there. 😆

After the first time cheese cake not working I would have tried the regular oven. Cheese cake baked in regular oven is so easy. I bake them often.
