I would add some black beans (sprinkled in while layering), and garnish with green onions & sour cream. It looks like it tastes DIVINE. Muy deliciosa!

So my mom makes this as well, she uses taco sauce and hornell chili without the beans and adds corn, she calls it acapulco casserole

For photography and visual reasons put a breadboard under your Pyrex dishes. Your counter is granite an a lot of your ingredients get camouflage by the granite. Great videos. Take care
