Food expenses definitely add up. Don’t be afraid to check out weekly coupons like a Grandma or buy when it’s on sale( and invest in a freezer to stock up) Outside of grocery store sales, I buy in bulk at Costco.
Makes me want to take a visit to the Dollar Tree near me, to just look of course. Did they not have eggs/egg whites for other protein sources? Good video nonetheless and thanks for braving the uncertainty for us!

I bulked up for 3 months with some kind of concoction made up of tuna, black olives and oats and protein oat with pineapple and vanilla protein post workout, i don't know. Maybe I'm weird, but i kinda liked it 😂
We gather here today to memorize , and pay tribute to the colon of one Ethan Harold. It fought a long, hard fight, but after a tough battle with Dollar Tree groceries, it is officially ruined.

The thing to realize about the Dollar Store is that many of the items are going up to 1.25 because of inflation. And even before that price increase many of the items could be purchased cheaper at other stores. That dollar can of tuna can be purchased cheaper in bulk at Walmart or other grocery stores. Just something to keep in mind. Overall, fun and informative video.
