I see that when cooking the meat, you did not add anything like onions or peppers. I wanted to ask you wouldn’t the meat end up smelling metallic? Where I come from we always add onions to meat to take away the bloody taste.

My favorite keto clean red enchy sauce is from Siete. But that's not exactly budget friendly unless you use something like Ibotta. I would have never thought to do eggs with this! My mom always makes these type of meals with tortillas. Maybe next time I can get her to let me make these before hand… I have been missing her cooking so much!

Egg white wraps sound absolutely vile and disgusting! No thanks. I'll stick with homemade from nut or lupine flour, flaxseed meal, oat fiber, etc.. At least those will have flavor, or the lower carb store-bought. The rest of it (canned enchilada sauce, etc.) is the way I've always made mine. It's easier, and yes, much cheaper than buying all the necessary spices.

HERE IS THE MILLION-DOLLAR QUESTION: Will you go to Heaven when you die? Here’s a quick test: Have you ever lied, stolen, or used God’s name in vain? Jesus said, “Whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.” If you have done these things, God sees you as a lying, thieving, blasphemous, adulterer at heart, and the Bible warns that one day God will punish you in a terrible place called Hell. But God is not willing that any should perish. Sinners broke God’s Law and Jesus paid their fine. This means that God can legally dismiss their case: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” Then Jesus rose from the dead, defeating death. Today, repent and trust Jesus, and God will give you eternal life as a free gift. Then read the Bible daily and obey it. God will never fail you.

I love watching your videos. It is true that Keto can be expensive, especially for those of us who do not live in the US. I live in Ecuador so I do not have access to low carb tortillas, egg protein powder, or egg whites in a carton just to name a few Keto cooking ingredients. Fortunately, I am able to afford to have many items 'muled' in, but that does mean $$$.

This looks so good and way less expensive than the store bought wraps. I wonder if a tablespoon or two of almond flour in the egg wrap mix would make a difference in the texture? I may try that. Can't hurt.
Thank you for all your great recipes and sound advice. I love your channel ! Best regards always
