Lovely recipe that looks very tasty! Hubby was glancing over as I watched and got so excited, so I will make it soon!!! So thank you for an inspiring dish!! "Free from" has glutenfree breadcrumbs but they are not very frugalโ‚ฌโ‚ฌโ‚ฌโ‚ฌโ‚ฌโ‚ฌ. I keep the crumbs when I slice my homemade glutenfree brown ricebread and crush store brand glutenfree cracker. You could lightly toasts a slice of (homemade) glutenfree bread and crumble it in a foodprocessor for crumbs

Scrumtious! I donโ€™t have any ham at the moment but I do have an open jar of roasted red peppers so Iโ€™ll use 1 of those instead and have it for my dinner tonight. Thank you for the recipe! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

Ages ago, I used to make a similar dish. You used to be able to buy them in the supermarkets, but I don't remember having them. I often buy Chicken Kiev, which is beautiful from the supermarket and so delicious! Thank you for the video!

Jane I love using crushed cracker crumbs for breading. You get such a nice crunch and sometimes I season them with whatever flavours go best with the meat or fish. I love your recipe. I might try it tomorrow. I have some chicken breasts in the freezer.

That looks so good and I bet I could use low carb bread and make my own breadcrumbs. I'm diabetic so I'm always looking for recipes I can adapt. Once again I love your videos.

I love the Schar products, but they are pricey in the US. I'm going to give the crackers a try, though, for a crispy coating. This looks like a great recipe! I'll definitely be trying it.
