I don't eat meat but all your recipes look tasty:)
I made your cordon bleuโs and they were lovely. Thanks for the recipe. I used provolone cheese.
Lovely, Jane!
Thanks for the recipe. Your Cordon Bleu look delicious.
Lovely recipe that looks very tasty! Hubby was glancing over as I watched and got so excited, so I will make it soon!!! So thank you for an inspiring dish!! "Free from" has glutenfree breadcrumbs but they are not very frugalโฌโฌโฌโฌโฌโฌ. I keep the crumbs when I slice my homemade glutenfree brown ricebread and crush store brand glutenfree cracker. You could lightly toasts a slice of (homemade) glutenfree bread and crumble it in a foodprocessor for crumbs
Drooling here in Canada…looks so delicious!
We had chicken cordon Bleu for our wedding dinner for 100 people in 1989 ๐ I love it.
Scrumtious! I donโt have any ham at the moment but I do have an open jar of roasted red peppers so Iโll use 1 of those instead and have it for my dinner tonight. Thank you for the recipe! ๐๐
They look great. ๐
Ages ago, I used to make a similar dish. You used to be able to buy them in the supermarkets, but I don't remember having them. I often buy Chicken Kiev, which is beautiful from the supermarket and so delicious! Thank you for the video!
Look like a real treat! Going to try themโค๏ธ
Jane I love using crushed cracker crumbs for breading. You get such a nice crunch and sometimes I season them with whatever flavours go best with the meat or fish. I love your recipe. I might try it tomorrow. I have some chicken breasts in the freezer.
Iโve always enjoyed cordon bleu. Thanks for the recipe! By the way, really like the cozy filter youโre using on these vids! Warm and nice!
That looks delicious! Inexpensive and quick too! Can't wait to try it!
Looks so good!
Jane, your meals always look so yummy and fresh. I also love your little Christmas tree in the background. Thanks for sharing.
Is corn flower corn meal or corn starch?
That looks so good and I bet I could use low carb bread and make my own breadcrumbs. I'm diabetic so I'm always looking for recipes I can adapt. Once again I love your videos.
They looks really delicious.
I love the Schar products, but they are pricey in the US. I'm going to give the crackers a try, though, for a crispy coating. This looks like a great recipe! I'll definitely be trying it.
You can also use crushed up doritos or any nachos crushed for breadcrumbs. The spicy ones are good. Not if your gluten free though. Great video jane and Mike
Looks delicious! Iโm going to give it a try next time I find ham on sale.
Another beautiful dish added to my menu, thanks for sharing ๐โคxx
