What I ❤about Catherine's Plates is she never disappoints us by giving incomplete ingredients or instructions. Everything every time is complete & delicious & that's every recipe I've made (which is by now dozens after years of being a subscriber to her channel). I also really appreciate how she doesn't waste our time by chit-chatting extraneously. Neither does she waste our time by showing us ALL the prep work, just the right amount to demo her creations.
