Okay, another comment here because I tried the chia seeds in my oat milk and it's a game-changer! Two days later and my milk has not separated. I typically use sunflower lecithin to reduce separation (not effective) and mouthfeel (works great) and I'm going to leave it out next time and use just the chia to see if that gives me the results I want. Less ingredients is always better in my books. Thanks for the chia seed tip, Kathy.

Hi Kathy! This was a fun demo. The machine reminds me of the Thermomix. Have you tried that one? I've been eyeballing it for a few years. When one of these multi-kitchen robots include a pressure cooker too then I'll probably consider them more seriously.

I use amylase in my oat milk. I use a digestive supplement and add it to my overnight oat groat soak. I also add some sunflower lecithin when I blend. Oh, and I blend it my Soyabella. Lots of fiddling and experimenting has helped me zero in on what works for what I'm looking for in oat milk. I'll add some chia next time to see what happens. I'm curious to see you explore the process further as I get a significant chunk of my ideas from you.

PB2 now has cashew powder with just cashews. Mine arrived yesterday, but haven’t used it yet. They also make both almond & roasted almond powders, but those have sugar & salt added.
