Gosh I’ve not made this in ages. It is so good! I always used 1 can of mushroom soup and only 3 cups of rice but this recipe would serve more people. Never thought to add more cheese on top or bread crumbs. Got to find me some cheese whiz now! Happy birthday to your son!

I add wild rice…sometimes frozen baby shrimp.for a full meal…dint use onion anymore because the dogos love a taste too
.and i always make it in the Crockpot….USE CHEESE WHIZ AND VELVEETA.and.cream.of mushroom….about 4 hours in crock
