    Oooo I think I will be making this one soon!! It is soup weather time! I just love you so much Rachel! I have learned so much from you. I made your Caldo de Pollo con Arroz a few days ago and I must say it is the best of the best in my books. My mother never really taught me how to cook she is a good cook but she is not the greastest or patient teacher. Just just assumes by watching her in the kitchen I should know how to cook her way or it is not good. I love my mom don't get me wrong but she took the joy out of cooking. I don't cook because I have to I cook because I really do love to cook. I love to eat and enjoy food! You have given me the joy and confidence to cook with love Rachel. I easily made this 5 times, yet I don’t remember when the second half of the honey goes in and are there eggs? I know there’s 3 rises, but I used to follow you and pause each step.     I know its probably blasphemy to use frozen broccoli , but I have some in my freezer I would like to use up. Is the flavor affected much by using frozen? I know the frozen cooking time different because I don't want my broccoli overcooked. Should I add it after carrots, onions, celery has gone translucent along with the chopped garlic? Such a long question I know but I want it to taste and feel right in my mouth. If you say fresh broccoli I definitely will. Thanks Rachel.
