    Sadly, i couldn't eat garlic, onion, scallion, too much starch anymore due to my stomach problem that was triggered after i got covid a few months ago.

    I used to eat spaghettis, noodles, plenty of garlic, sauteed onions, mayos, cheese on top of every food but, i couldn't anymore.

    Now i'm switching to chicken with none i mentioned above, plenty of fruits(non-acidic ones only), selected vegetables only, fish are okay and drinking plenty of ginger mix, selected tea flavors to ease the hard of breathing due to the high acidic level produced inside my stomach.

    Don't cut salt it's important but don't over intake salt because it stiffens the tunica media which is the middle layer of blood vessels which push the heart to bump stronger so it can compensate for the little oxygen your blood is feeding to your organs and tissues which lead to blood pressure that can affect your heart ofc stay safe y'all.
