It looks fantastic, like a fluffy lagana bread. This would be AMAZING with taramosalata! If one doesn't have a tawa, can one use a double boiler? Or it would be better directly on low heat?

i replaced Powder milk = water + milk (as comment below >β’<) super sticky, wet & pasty …nonsense! i couldnt knead. Gruuuuu…. Then i had to add some flour to knead

I don't believe all the ovenless recipes are actually from normal kadai.when common man bake a cake in kadai or pressure cooker unpleasant result occurs,while these youtubers bake it without oven,the result appears far better than oven baked recipes..

Could I make eye bread this way which is 2 parts rye flour 1 part white flour? I am thinking that the rye flour will be to heavy? Could I also leave to milk out as it won't taste good with rye?
