Amy, I love you girl! I've made many of your recipes, but this one is a no-no for me. Too much money, too much clean up, takes up too much counter space and all I need is a skillet and my toaster for this one. I love egg McGuffins and can do the whole shebang in 7-8 minutes, prep and all.
