Just a heads up I found sugar free Oregon Chai latte concentrate at Walmart yesterday! Organic ingredients and sweetened with Sucralose. Is sucralose legal? Anyway you mix with almond milk. It’s easy for lattes or even ice tea!

Joe, I made the cream cheese stuffed chicken breasts wrapped in bacon and air fried. Oh my, that was such a huge win with the family. Thank you for that. Your dip looks awesome. Here's one for you. It sounds strange but try it. Equal parts cream cheese and salted butter, softened. Grated or extremely finely chopped onion and paprika. Moosh together and enjoy. I use to use those chicken in a biscuit crackers to dip but now i use pork rinds or veggies.
I bought Maria Emmerich’s Book, and follow the egg white recipe… With the exception I added sucralose, and a bit of organic Stevia extract… I also added Lorann’s professional kitchens cinnamon spice bakery emulsion… And OMG! It was a game changer!

Arla is the best Cream Cheese. I guess I was the only one buying it because it's gone from every store in my town. There were ZERO weird ingredients. It was the cleanest of the clean and it was naturally soft. So delish! I miss it. AND…Over Medium! Slurp up the yolk with a slice of buttered Keto bread ;_)

I only eat Basted Eggs easy so the yolks are still runny and the whites are cooked perfectly.
I must say I’ve never eaten Pork Rines but I think I’m going to have to try them with that amazing dip.
