Ingredients:
1 box of pre-packaged scalloped potatoes
2-3 strip of bacon (optional) – cut into pieces
Parsley
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of milk
1 tbsp of butter
Instructions:
Turn on the saute function and brown the bacon. Remove
Add the water and de-glaze
Add the potatoes, cheese packet (included in box), milk, and butter
Pressure cook for 7 minutes, with a quick release. Top with bacon and parsley (optional)
