Meal prepped a bunch of pulled brisket to have a lean protein source for the week! Usually brisket has 10g+ fat per serving, but the one we made is only 2g per serving with 25g protein!
We made it in the pressure cooker (Instant Pot) so it was very easy. Def recommend if you want to spice up your meal prep!

In all these YEARS I have NEVER doubted all the stats you put up on the screen (and the ones you rattle off of the top of your head) but when said you were putting in 1/2 cup (8 ozs) you threw into doubt EVERYTHING!!! 😭 8 ounces is 1 full cup. #TheMoreYouKnow 😂

Loving the shirt! I picked up a pressure cooker at Sears (lets you know how many years THAT was) and still haven't opened it up. Might have to try it with that brisket recipe.
Great and informative video bro. One thing you could do to enhance the quality of the video is to improve the audio quality. Perhaps investing in a microphone? 😬
FYI, brisket has 2 sections. The flat and the point. Flat is very lean compared to the point and tend to dry out if you overcook it. Also, it's very hard to calculate the % of fat since intramuscular fat varies from cow to cow. Another thing, I would wait til the end to add the bbq sauce. Usually when you add sauce in the beginning it waters down the flavor.
