    INGREDIENTS:
    For the Crust:
    – 60g Banana
    – 30g Oat Flakes

    For the Filling:
    – 60g Cream Cheese
    – 60g Greek or Coconut Yogurt
    – Juice of 1/2 lemon
    – 20g Vanilla Protein
    – 30g Blueberries. You can use strawberries that looks amazing too!

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Mash the banana in a bowl, add the oats and mix well.

    2. Take a small (damp) bowl and place the plastic wrap. Add the crust mixture to the bowl and press it down.

    3. Add the filling ingredients (except the blueberries) to the bowl of the mixer and mix with a fork until smooth. Then add the blueberries.

    4. Add the filling to your base, cover with cling film and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
    When I'm in a hurry I put it in the freezer to speed up the process. 😃 Enjoy without moderation!
