    This is the worst recipe for biscuits and gravy I have ever seen. Everything else you have done is great, but from someone who is from the south, your "gravy" is way to thick and looks nasty.

    I'm so disappointed in this one. Should have used a cast iron skillet and you should remove the sausage to make the roux. Also make patties, open the biscuit put patties on it then cover in the gravy

    Any substitute for baking powder/baking soda I can use? Currently in Europe and their "baking powder" is much different. Learned the hard way trying to make cookies.
