You should contact somebody with a freeze dryer and get some chili peppers freeze dried! Also under normal drying I donโt think the oils actually go anywhere but when the water leaves the oil takes up the space where the water used to be.

Glad you and big O enjoyed eating these they certainly do have heat. We always make sure that we dry our chillies low and slow so it locks in that flavour and heat. It also helps keep the colour as close to a fresh chilli as possible. Great video and review thanks once again! Have a great day.
