My husband and I say ‘refried breans’ all the time so it’s fun to hear that we’re not the only ones that say that 😂 It’s our running joke now.

Where can I find your tip for extending the MUFFIN MIX? You used Martha White Blueberry Cheesecake muffin mix you added extra flour and put vinegar in the milk to make buttermilk. I think it made a dozen muffins instead of 6.

You can also microwave the peppers for a couple minutes before filling and it’ll cut down on the baking time 🤩😍🥰

When you made your soup you could take half the meat to use in the soup then the rest of the meat could be used to make some chicken salad sandwich filling orrrrr use in buffalo chicken dip

I have a Hispanic market near me that always has a $1 table of produce and when they have peppers they are usually already going soft but are perfect for stuffed peppers! And you cant beat $1.00 a bag!

To add great flavor to that chicken soup, brown those chicken pieces before following the recipe! You will be so glad you did! If the budget allows, adding carrots is great!

You can save time making stuffed peppers by blanching your peppers for about 2 minutes before filling them, then cook like normal. It’s a great way to use up leftover meat. Let’s face it, you can only eat so much taco meat.
