That’s definitely a BIG breakfast! Could you taste the bacon in the sausage gravy Neal? I definitely like the hash browns ideas. Oh yeah the homemade biscuits were on the bottom sopping up all that goodness! Yummy! Oh it’s going down in the 30’s tonight. Cheers brother!

The Country Fried Pork sounds Much more Appealing than the Beef version that you did not too long ago. I still get the heaves, when I think of eating Beef
Final Result here looks good, I would like it. It looks very Heart Friendly, as in, it will go straight to my Heart and make Friends

Definitely enough food for three meals for my family of four, lol. That hash brown casserole is something I am going to try. Planning to cook breakfast on the BS tomorrow for dinner. Curious? What are your favorite hot sauces? I found my favorite…..Ed’s Red out of Fl. You can buy it on line, the shipping costs kill ya, but it is worth it. Keep on keeping on.

Looks good man. I just got done putting the Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate together… mostly. I dropped one of the screws used for most of the assembly somewhere, so I wound up one short for the screws that hold the firebox onto the cart (3 screwed in instead of 4 should hold it pretty decently though), and it's 10:41 and dark… so I didn't feel like getting someone to help me lift the actual griddle onto the firebox, so tomorrow I'll need to screw the little stabilizer things into the griddle, get someone to help me lift it onto the firebox, hopefully find that missing screw (or maybe it has a spare parts back with an extra one), and then we should be good to go, hopefully.

Good stuff indeed , the only thing that I would change is 3 biscuits 2 hash browns and 1chop , just what happens when you get older . You just can't eat as much as you you used too. Still we try , never give up , never say never !

Okay big thing is get away from the bagged cheese… Shred your own from a block…

You will get a much smoother consistency when melting because you don't have all the cellulose in there…

Personally I have gotten away from probably 90% of prepackaged stuff…

Hmmm, looking great. For my own part I want to say I occasionally make some suggestions simply because I find you're meals inspiring and sometimes I see something I would add if I could. I don't know how often I make something and I'm suddenly inspired to tweak what I'm doing but don't have the time or ingredients to add but wish I could. This was fun. Have a great day 🌤 😀.
