We need traditional recipe without aluminum foil, condensed milk etc
I always add milk when I make bhapa doi. The ratio of milk:condensed milk:hung curd being 1:1:1. Without milk it becomes bit dense and attains more of a cottage cheese like texture rather than a smooth one. Thanks for sharing this popular Bengali recipe 🙏🏽.
