Great recipe, however the oyster sauce was over powering for me. I made it without the oyster sauce and it was perfect.
Stopped watching after she started talking about what i can do if i dont have leftover rice.. if i dont have leftover rice i cant make egg fried rice. It may be a simple dish but there are rules

Bacon has its own oils, so prefer to fry it without using additional oils, it also have its own salt- per say, you can make a whole carbonara without adding any salt.
