    I cooked it up yesterday. It's fantastic! Fireworks on the palate. I changed 2 little things for my taste: 1. I only used half of the sugar because I don't want to be too dominant in savory dishes. 2. I added some heat in the form of dried chilies as a counterweight to sweetness.

    I saw this dish for the first time yesterday. Like a musician reads a score, I went through this recipe in my head and was convinced that it must be absolutely great. I cooked it today and am just at the last taste. It's absolutely great. A firework of taste. I can only recommend this. That tastes sensational.
