Mine came out like one inch high and extremely dense lol. I blew it!!! Doesn't taste that bad though.

The recipe looks so great! Unfortunately, I just have an 30 x 10 loaf pan 😫What changes with the recipe or baking time should I keep in mind? Is there any chance it can succeed with that loaf dimensions?

I made this banana bread yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the results. I used half the amount of sugar and added a little less than 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1/3 cup of chopped walnuts. It was PERFECT! I'll definitely be making it again in the future. Thanks Nisha! You rock!

Bananas are sprayed with so many pesticides, please only touch the banana peel and then wash your hands before you move on with the recipe. Other than that, thank you for the recipe!

Hi! I don't have US teaspoon measure (seems like European measures are different). You show measuring out the aquafaba by weight, but I couldn't find the weight in the recipe – do you have weight measurements for the aquafaba and other ingredients?.
