I'm gonna use my Instant Pot for potatoes! I'm going vegan and I still can't get over the meat, daily, egg and junk food addiction. Hopefully the potato-only diet can help change that (which I love potatoes), then gradually build up to a full plant-based vegan lifestyle. Abstinence is the only way for addicts.
If this guy is the one I'm going to depend on to learn how to cook with an instant pot, your screwed. Go Back to your Day job.

Thanks for the video, you guys are so cute! It was good till the cat was on the counter where food is…….lol.
This video is so misleading. A single russet baked potato size from a typical grocer takes twice as long as this video suggests. The instant pot craze is a little exacerbated IMO. The device has to get up to pressure or cooking temp before even beginning to count down the times referenced in this video. That mimics traditional cooking times with other methods.
I pressure cooked a single russet potato for 30 min and it still tasted like it would for an hour in the oven.
There are countless reddits contradicting recipes shared on YouTube. Just passing another perspective along.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my instant pot!>>>ur2.pl/1046 It is definitely not a necessity for everyone, but it has certainly made my life easier. I think the 8 quart version we got is maybe a little large for most people's needs, but I really appreciate the versatility of being able to put a larger quantity into the pot – it's made dishes like stir-fry and rice possible to cook at the same time. If you're on the fence about what size to get, or if you should get one at all, I would say go for it!

The instant pot is worth it even if it's just for potatoes if you ask me! Sweet potatoes out of the IP are my favorite!
