What are potato tots.? There are lots of things to add: green onion tops shredded, chives, spiced cubed bread for crunch, whipping cream. Tots are little kids learning to walk (totter, get it? )so potato tots must be the tiny baby potaoes you get when digging up your spuds in the garden. Nice kitchen, great soup and leeks are so easy to grow and so expensive. One of my favorites.

Looks good. I’m making it right now and wanted to make sure I was doing it right. But I have to say it bugged me how you talked to Max like I talk to my dog when she is in my way in the kitchen and I’m irritated with her.

Dude, it would be helpful to you…and us, if you assembled everything you need to do this soup on your BIG WIDE COUNTER space before hand. Instead you are running around like someone who's never been in a kitchen. I liked this recipe, but a professional, you are NOT.

I am glad it is not just me, he is so arrogant in the way he cooks. It takes patience and the love of cooking to make a good dish great. I wouldn't eat anything you cook because it would taste like a bitter man who hates his life…that being said, the recipe is a good one, just not when its made by you.

Too thick for me…too much pepper for me…I add milk…you can add cream. I use 3 leeks, 1/4 cooking onion, 4 or so baking potatoes, 2 or 3 chicken boullion, use potato water, and extra water if needed, add milk or cream. Love the tator tots but would make a meal of them separately.
