You really think you're real funny describing the cut of meat; WRONG! I went to your site because it said you are a chef hoping for something educational NOT! You are indecent. Could not watch you pass your original offensive comments. You just need to go away or clean up your act. So disappointed. Your camera person is also disgusting for laughing.

I have been watching your videos and I have tried a few and I love the humor you bring with it all! I have to say you never let me down so I pulled a frozen tenderloin out of the freezer and am trying your recipe for dinner! I love your camera girl, lol! In our house I tend to be a ball of fire 🔥and my hubby keeps me from getting too off the ground! I bet she has her hands full with you! Lol not laughing at you — you just remind me of me! My husband and I have such a fun time in the kitchen together ❤! A couple who cooks together, stays together! Keep up with the good cooking you two!!

I'll have to try this in the oven. Right now I have one going in the crock-pot with sauteed onions and mushrooms, and one jar of pork gravy. The stuff in my oven always comes out over cooked and dry….. I think the temp settings may be off and have an oven thermometer coming. Thanks for the ideas!

I changed up the spices for the rub, garlic, onion , red pepper flakes, salt and pepper, crushed peppercorn and garlic rub and bell pepper herb rub. I rubbed the pork down with melted butter and oiled the pan. Rolled the pork in the rub and placed in a pan to roast in the oven at 350 for 30 min's. After 20 min's I added chopped onion and basted the pork, smells great, back to the oven for the remainder of the time. I served up seasoned green beans and mashed creamed potatoes, yum!
