I'm so excited to use my instant pot. My boyfriend bought me one for my birthday and I think it's great for those 'I forgot to defrost' moments. Look forward to more of your videos.

I love the idea of cooking a turkey in the instapot. This would work perfect for just my hubby & I to have Thanksgiving at home. Thank you so much for sharing this with us Vanessa. I am going to give this a try as soon as I get my instapot this Christmas. I hope you have a wonderful Sat. Take care & Great Big Hugs to you Vanessa!!!

Was the 3# the only size you could find? I have a huge family and want to find the biggest breast I can to use in mine. I don't think one 3# breast will make it pass a couple of my kiddos. Thanks for sharing your life and experiences with me. Love watching your video's.

Sounds good .. I'm a stickler for crispy skin though so this probably wouldn't work for me to cut and serve, however to pre-cook for things like a turkey pot pie etc. I would be fine with this way of cooking. Thanks for sharing Vanessa.

You only used half a cup of orange juice? I thought 1 cup of liquid was the required minimum. I've got an Ultra and am going to try to 'faux sous vide' a bone-in turkey breast this year. Keep the pressure cooker videos coming, they are great. Thank you!
