I have been making things with Hillshire thin sliced beef that comes in those plastic containers if I don't have steak-umm. I just cut in strips and do a quick saute.

The Buffalo Chicken dip looks amazing!!! That is definitely something I want to try. P.S., your ham/potato/cheese soup recipe was amazing!!! I made it a few days ago, and my husband and I both absolutely loved it!!! I loved how the baked twisty tree came out. I was ready to dive right into it, and having Joseph help just added to the fun. All of the appetizers looked wonderful. I don't think I can wait for a group gathering – I want them all for myself now!
