I love lamb rib chops, but lamb loin chops are usually half the price and look just as fancy. The lamb cut I buy most often is a shoulder cut, which doesn't look fancy at all…but lamb tastes great no matter what the cut. Give lamb a try…hope everyone has a fun weekend, and thanks for watching!

Was looking for a lamb recipe and found this funny video. Really seems like the chef enjoys himself. Lawnmower in the kitchen? Yeah, no high brow atmosphere here, right? =) Imma gonna go make these loin chops right now.

Some people have serious issues with hands in food. Its not funny at all. And btw nobody with high hygiene standards will ever eat anything from a fast food joint and if they have to then for years they will try to forget it. Be nice!

It was great to stumble upon this demo today. I bought a lamb loin because it was on sale for $8/lb., unsure how I was going to cook it. Problem solved! Thank you.

Only thing I would do differently is take out the chops and make you're butter sauce off the burner once it melts. The butter will still be hot enough to toast the garlic but not so hot to chance burning the rosemary. A whole sprig of rosemary and about four whole garlic cloves just to infuse and remove.
