Love the list you provided! I'm also in NYC so my next purchase will probably be that mini food processor. I went forever thinking the blender could suffice but it is a NIGHTMARE to scrape down (hummus, thick sauces, anything on the drier side really). The airfryer is on the wishlist but I sadly don't have space for it 🙁
I feel the same with Oh She Glows , with her I started to cook plant based
So great Remy – thank u
Great list! I have also been pleasantly surprised how much I like my pressure cooker 🙂
Hi Remy, how do you clean your silicone baking mats? I've been washing mine by hand, because I find them quite awkward to position in the dishwasher, but they're starting to smell a little rancid even though I always use washing-up liquid? 😳
Super
loved this! please do more of these! also, are the cookware and knives sustainable?
Ah Remy I always find such good value in your videos!! Thanks for sharing 🙂
Wow, those lids are awesome. Thank you so much for shouting them out! I've definitely got the missing lid / rusty ring / uneven numbers of lids-to-jars problem running rampant in my kitchen.
✨ Favorite tools/appliances:
1. Silicone spatulas of different sizes to really get every bit of batter or food out of a bowl!
2. Mortar and pestle, for spice grinding but also making pastes, guac, whatever benefits from a lower speed mix than that of the blender.
3. A miso whisk!! It's just a small whisk – some of them come extremely tiny! It helps so much when I'm making sauces, marinates, and even pulling miso out of a container.
✨ Favorite cookbooks lately:
1. Morning Light by Veggiekins 😉
2. The Complete Vegan Cookbook by the Natural Gourmet Center – such a gamechanger. Their recipe for orange currant scones is seriously to die for.
3. Six Seasons: A New Way with Vegetables by Josh McFadden. Really does a great job teaching the what and why of produce seasonality.
Love your hoodie! Where is it from?
is the caraway pan your favorite pan that you have used so far ?
Ah I loved this so much! My wish list just got longer 😂 thanks so much for sharing, Remy!! This series has been awesome
Great video and suggestions. I’ve had my Vitamix 10 years and love it! There’s a newer model that you can buy food processor attachment, the best of both worlds! The three things I don’t have are the baking mat (not sure why, I really should get one); an air fryer (no room for one since moving from my house to an apartment); and the Instant Pot (I have a crockpot with a 2, 4, and 6 quart crock insert that works for what I need). You’ve convinced me to get the baking mat. 😍
I started to use silicone mats because of your videos🥰
Have you tried the Our Place Always Pan? Would you recommend it?
Im so early yay!!!!

This is definitely a video I’ve been waiting for!! I have been cooking a lot more recently and have been interested in sooo many appliances but don’t have space for a lot of things. It’s very helpful to have a list and know what you use them for! Love following your Instagram and your YouTube! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hey Remy! What’s the brand of the pink pot at 5:52? Tysm!!🥰
Hi beans! This is the last Plants Please video, sorry it was majorly delayed, there was a bit of a hold up due to a potential sponsor 😉 Hope you enjoyed the series and that you found it helpful!
