    Hey Brother brian, I believe I mentioned this to you in the past about a quick tip for making that pasta even quicker.

    The trick is it takes a little bit of pre-planning, you cook the pasta as you normally would but you do it about a minute al dente,

    When it is cool, you put it into sandwich bags and put it into the freezer, when you want to have the pasta you boil about 2 inches of water which happens in no time then you take the pasta out of the freezer open it up and put it into the water for 30 seconds and it's done.

    You would never know it was frozen.

    Simple and deeelish! I think a meal prep video for high protein breakfasts would be interesting as well. I don't think you have done one yet, at least I couldn't find something like that. ^^
