    Chick fil a egg white grill sandwich is only 290 calories with 27 g of protein. Also for lunch their 12 grilled nuggets is only 200 calories with 38 g of protein! Add a little kale salad for your greens and your good to go!

    Mod pizza is FIRE can build some stuff low cal ones if you skip the cheese or get light cheese, they also have really good salads too.
    Taco bell power bowls with double chicken are pretty decent flavor and macros.
    I really fuck with getting grilled chicken sandwiches at places too and adding Hella veg to make them more filling for almost n ombre calories
