    I make tacos de tinga a lot. This recipe version is really different from the one I grew up with. Most Mexicans use a tostada of corn tortilla. So seeing flour tortilla is a bit odd to me. Not to say yours aren’t good.

    Here I am, in my semi having foodgasms that I'm using bounty paper towels as a bib! Another great video! You should make this as a bake! Imagine it:
    A layer of flour tortillas, a layer of chicken, a layer of cheese and topping, repeat but on the last layer you smoother it with freshly fried tortilla chips and cheese! I think baking it for 20 minutes at 400°f would be perfect. Let it cool and serve!
