Oh my gosh, our youngest daughter (16 year old with Down syndrome) was just busting a gut laughing after school today. I looked over to see what she was laughing at and it was this video. She would replay the parts where Bunky would sneak nibbles and you would laugh. Kelsey loves to cook so we ran to the store to grab any missing ingredients and made the sour cream egg noodle bake. Delicious! Now she wants to make the chicken casserole from this video this weekend. I think she is hooked on THE Bunkies now too! Love you guys!

I am not the biggest fan of cottage cheese but grew up eating it in lasagna. My aunt uses it as a side dish and just adds it to her plate at dinner

I stopped at 6:21 it looks like maybe you could add a bit more meat sauce..looks like lots of noodles
Cannot wait to try these recipes !! I’m pretty sure they don’t make the Lipton savory herb and garlic any more 😞. We used it in so many recipes and we’ve been bummed not being able to find it! We loved mixing it with EVOO and brushing it on chicken wings. So good. Will have to see if the zesty Italian rivals it 😊

With the cottage cheese my mom and grandma put Italian dressing, tomatoes, and cucumbers in it for a snack. That’s how I got to like cottage cheese.

The sour cream noodle bake is going on my meal plan for sure! Easy, cheap, filling, and since there are only 2 of us, leftovers or a freezer meal. If you have never tried it, look for her lasagne rollups recipe, a little more work but so worth it. She has homemade meat sauce for it but you can cheat and use a good quality jar of sauce, try Yo Mama’s brand, expensive but amazing.
