I just got the evil twin for the corsi; the KUPPET Air Fryer 5.8 QT! 1. the only use for the bread rack is a crisper taco holder. 2. the round short rack works great as a gap for the pizza or cake pan for better airflow or a second layer for dehydrating… Thank you for the temp tips. I'm going to test my temperature grilling fork and shop for misters. The adventure continues.
A good use for the bread rack is for hot dogs, rolled sausages, etc.

Use the metal holder in a pressure cooker instead of air fryer. Put water in the bottom of the pot and the metal holder to put your cheese cake pan or other container of food on top of it. Great for moist cooking "baking", and steaming. You need foil over a cheese cake to keep water drops from getting into it.
Make a foil sling to lay under cooking containers to lift them out with.
