    I would not cook beetroot much and just use grated ones as is , so that the nutrition is intact and would never deep fry that cutlet as it’s turning a super healthy stuff into junk food. The whole point of using beetroot is lost if u fry it in so much oil. But ofcourse I agree that looked delicious. Would place my health above taste however.
