    I have never smoked a tongue. it was the cheapest meat at the butcher. it was cooked in water with Corned beef spices and bayleaf. we had it with bread, in a sandwich. my mother hated it. but it was my favorite. now I love it but it is hard to find. leave it sliced for sandwiches.
