Hi Gina, I love Beef Stroganoff. I make mine in the crock pot, but I use Stew Beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, a can of Cream of Mushroom Soup. Cook all day on low. Cook about 8 hours. One hour before serving, turn to high and add a little sour cream and fresh mushrooms. Serve over cooked noodles. It makes an ordinary week night special. This is good enough for company or even date night, your recipe looks Amazing too, My recipe can be doubled.
