    I added more meat and because of it had to add more salt when done. Putting the potatoes in on top in crockpot bad idea still crunchy. Letting cook for another hour. I would suggest putting pepper and salt on meat before flouring it or mix it with it before so you can eyeball it. That’s if you decide 1lb not enough. Other than that great recipe don’t have to cook today.😂😂😂

    Excellent crock pot recipe!!! But why do you chefs insist on browning the meat stove top all the time? It is unnecessary and the meat breaks down faster than veggies in a crock pot anyway! Try adding can of Rotel tomatoes to KICK IT UP A NOTCH!

    Looks great but if you throw in a packet of McCormick brand beef stew mix it also helped Benz to thicken the stew and adds an awesome kick of flavor.. I know that the McCormick brand does not contain MSG but I don't know about the others.
