Brilliant, 12 mins pressure cooking with 10 minute delayed release, meat succulent and falls apart & vegetables tasty, we put swede & mushrooms in ours too & seasoned with salt & pepper… thanks for sharing the video👍

It looks great. So it's a total of 47 min. just for beef stew? I've never used a pressure cooker before, I thought they were supposed to be faster than conventional cooking.
can it cook rice?
