Pressure Cooked Beef Stew has reached a new level of deliciousness with this recipe! I also attempt to make drop biscuits on top, but not touching the beef …

Well Louise, once again, you've sold me on changing dinner plans, LOL! I'm heading to the store now to grab the ingredients for your beef stew!! When you have a chance, can you please share your recipe for the biscuits? The whole presentation looked amazing!! Thank you!

I can't even put into words what a perfect beef stew this recipe produced!! It was the best I have ever made, in all honesty. Instead of regular biscuit mix or making the dough from scratch, I used the Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix from the box. It turned out to be exactly the right amount (says it produces 10 biscuits), and I turned them into a biscuit/dumpling hybrid. Dropped them onto the stew without submerging them completely, set the Foodi for 10 minutes under the air fryer, creating the brown crisp on top and then allowed it to bake at 300 for another 5. They turned out perfect as well!! Thanks again, this is an awesome recipe. And I hope Paul Rice found himself a girl of his own, Louise is clearly spoken for 🙂

Today was the perfect day to make this, snow, ice and rain in Maryland. I just made this tonight. I had an issue getting the cork out of the wine(cause I didn’t prep ingredients ahead) and it looked like my meat was overcooking! Didn’t want that burn notice lol But the meat did come out tender and amazing! This recipe was on the money! Thank you Louise ❤️
(I wish I read your notes before or during the video, I used a plastic Tupperware container and that sucker popped open! Gravy everywhere lol Next time I won’t just listen while cooking 🤦‍♀️)

Never in my life have I considered peeling carrots with a back and forth motion. Wow! Brilliant. I plan to make this but use turnips. Question: why 20 minutes? Seems like a long time for already cooked steak? Just curious. New to the foodi

Your biscuits are nearly like our English dumplings (minus suet) we drop them in the stew, tops get nice and crunchy give it a go with your biscuits.
