Hii, is it possible to make this dish vegetarian? I would like to make this for the family, but my grandparents don’t eat meat. So i have to make two versions! Thank you for your hard work ❤️🙌🏾

OMG I am obsessed with this soup…I have substituted Korean radish for rutabaga(Swedish turnip) and I used pad Thai noodles. Thank you for your video. It was delicious!!!

Hi Maangchi! Thanks for the recipe! Is there any special consideration that you used boiling water to blanch the meat? What I heard usually is to put the meat in cold water an then bring it to boil. Is there a difference between the two methods?

I followed the recipe and at the end of the second hour of boiling on medium heat, I opened the pot to find the soup has evaporated and barely had any left in the bottom of the pot =( Can I make more broth by adding water and boiling the rib bones for another hour or so?
